1. Start going toward the AIRPORT EXIT on INTERNATIONAL GTWY -
go - 0.6 mi
2. Drive toward end of boulevard and look for I-270 WEST toward
COLUMBUS - 8.3 mi
3. Take I-270 SOUTH and drive until you see OH-23 SOUTH - 12.8 mi
4. Take US-23 SOUTH - (Four lane highway to Portsmouth - Easy to
follow).
5. Continue on US-23 SOUTH - go 77.8 mi
6. Turn (R) on 2ND ST [OH-104] - go 0.1 mi
7. Arrive at 711 2ND ST, PORTSMOUTH, on the (R).
*Driving time is approximately 2 hrs.
Directions to Festival from Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport CVG, Covington, KY: 113.9 miles.
1. Start going toward the AIRPORT EXIT - go 0.1 mi
2. Continue on KY-212 NORTH - go 0.7 mi
3. Take ramp onto I-275 EAST toward CINCINNATI/LEXINGTON/LOUISVILLE - go 24.3 mi
4. Take exit #63B onto OH-32 EAST toward BATAVIA - go 55.2 mi
5. Stay on OH-32 until you see US-23 - 11.4 mi
6. Take US-23 SOUTH to Portsmouth - 22.9 mi
7. Turn (R) on 2ND ST [OH-104] - go 0.1 mi
8. Arrive at 711 2ND ST, PORTSMOUTH, on the (L).
*Driving time is approximately 2 hrs. 28 min.
(HELPFUL) As you enter Portsmouth continue on US-23 SOUTH to downtown area. The main street through town is Chillicothe St (a North-South street). US-23 connects directly to Chillicothe St just north of the downtown area. Continue south on Chillicothe St until you reach 2nd St, then turn right. You will see the Ramada Inn on the right immediately after turning.

(From all directions)
From SOUTH: US-23 N., cross Ohio River on US Grant Bridge; turn (L) at foot of bridge onto 2nd St.; Hotel is 1/2 block on the (R).
From NORTH: US-23 To US-23 downtown bypass to Washington St.; turn (L) on 2nd St (Still US-23); Hotel is on corner of Washington and 2nd St.
From WEST: Rt 52 or Rt 32 to US-23; to S. on US-23 into town. Take downtown US-23 bypass to Washington St.; Turn (L) on 2nd St.(Still US-23); Hotel is on corner of Washington and 2nd St.
From EAST: Rt 52 to S US-23; go S. on US-23 into town. Take downtown US-23 bypass to Washington St.; Turn (L) on 2nd St. (Still US-23); Hotel is on the corner Of Washington and 2nd St.
